In my opinion the Internet communication has been revolutionised by the birth of Facebook in 2004. Never before have people been able to share their pictures, thoughts and other life situations on such a large scale. Hundreds of millions of Facebook users exchange personal information, brag about their lives through meaningful, or for some, meaningless information that can be easily accessed by their friends. Facebook is an important part of human communication nowadays, not only for the youth, but also for other age groups. I believe that similar projects, like Facebook, which will surely be introduced in the years to come, will irretrievably change they way people communicate and spend time with each other.
