My friend Sam and his family bought a new detached house last year. The house was big, but there was also a beautiful garden and a swimming pool.
They were very happy and moved in immediately.
They invited their friends and had a great housewarming party. After a few months, however, Sam lost his job and had lots of financial problems.
The family sold their dream house and moved back to their old flat. What a sad story.
