1. Określisz miejsce i termin pobytu
2. Podasz przynajmniej dwa powody, dla których wycieczka nie spełniła twoich oczekiwań
3. Zaproponujesz dwie możliwości rozpatrzenia twojej skargi.
4. Wyrazisz swoje rozczarowanie oraz nadzieję na szybką reakcję.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writting to complain about the quality of services your hotel. I visited your hotel "Bazar" last weekend - this is : 24-25.02.2010.
The first thing which is unacceptable is this that the room which I slept was dirty! Everywere were a mess and even the bed was not fiiting. I came to stuff and I asked their why my romm is not clenated. Their answer was very vulgar. They used vulgarisms and said that they thnik that the room is very nice. I do not understand how the stuff can did it. I always think that the guest is like a God! But in your hotel the guest is unnecessary.
Taking into cosideration all the trouble I suffered I proposes fire a stuff, because their behavior and slackness are unacceptable or to cut pays for them.
I am very dissapointed and I hope to hear from you soon.
