Penjelasan :

Untuk merubah kalimat positive ke negative atau interrogative, yang harus diperhatikan adalah auxiliary ataupun to be yang digunakan dalam kalimat tersebut. Polanya adalah menambahkan not antara to be / auxiliary dengan verb pada kalimat negative, dan meletakkan to be / auxiliary di awal kalimat pada kalimat interrogative. Bila dalam kalimat positive menggunakan auxiliary does, maka kalimat negative menjadi does not dan kalimat interrogative menjadi does + subject + verb 1. Begitu juga dengan penggunaan to be. Pada kalimat past tense, jika auxiliary menggunakan past tense (did), maka kata kerja berubah menjadi verb 1.
