Entonces:

x² + 11x + 24 = (x + 8)(x + 3)

Comprobamos sabiendo que:

(x + a)(x + b) = x² + (a + b)x + ab

Reemplazamos:

(x + 8)(x + 3) = x² + (8 + 3)x + (8)(3)

(x + 8)(x + 3) = x² + 11x + 24

Ahora determinamos los valores de "x":

(x + 8)(x + 3) = 0

x₁ + 8 = 0

x₁ = -8
