Po powrocie piszesz list do kierownika biura. -Podaj miejsce i termin pobytu. -Podaj przynajmniej dwa powody dla których wycieczka nie spełniła twoich oczekiwań -zaproponuj dwie możliwości rozpatrzenia twojej skargi -wyraź swoje rozczarowanie i nadzieję na szybką reakcję. Dear Sir or Madame
I must express my dissatisfaction with travel with your travell office. The travel was to Marico from 6 till 12 May. Unfornetly I am dissapointed about that.
My hotel room was from time when I come there really dirty and dangerous because on the floor was a shares of glass. I informed stuff about it situation but their reaction was so slowly and they clean that just after 2 hours. Is this standard of 5 stars hotels as you told on your offer?
Then I had to have a food and drinks included on price. That wasn't a true. I didn't get even one drink I musted to pay for all.
Next problem is that air condiction wasn't working at all so next think don't agree with you advertisment.
In this situation I am afraid to ask for to give me back my money. That was really too big price for standard I got so I would like to get half of price I spent back. In different way I will go to the court to solve this.
I am really dissapointed. I look forward to your answer
