1. Cherimoya-Take the Cherimoya cut it along, goug the pits out, if the peel is dark and soft you may eat it!.

 

2. KUMQUAT- There are four types of using Kumquat:

-marinade in alcohol

-marinade in syroup

-add to the coctail

-fry

 

(before that wash and peel the fruit)

 

3.KARAMBOLA-Wash it, cut into slices. After that you may add it to shampane to make an agzotic drink. Add it to the fruit salad or typical salad or you may use it to make a dessert.
