Julia Górniewicz, better known as Julia Marcell is a polish singer and a songwriter.She was born in 1982. She is well known in Germany because she moved there when she was a young girl. She started to compose when she was 14. She learned how to play the piano almost perfectly in 8 years. She can also play violin. She playes alternative music and some acoustic music. She is getting more and more popular in Poland. In 2007 she had her debut album called "Storm". In October 2007 with a help from her fans she got 50 000 dollars. Those money helped her with recoring the next album - „It might like you".

Her music is a little bit simillar to Björk music (she is from Iceland). In 2011 she recorded next album "June" which enabled her a concert trip to Poland. She is young and talented singer and we can all hope that her music will be appreciated in Poland as much as in Germany.
