Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you about a notebook I bought from one of your shops on 08.11.2010 for 2500zl. I enclose copies of the receipt and the guarantee.
In the shop seller told me that the nootebook has graphic card good enough that I could play new games. He said also that battery can work 8 hours and this model don't make troubles.
I bought some new, expensive games, but I can't play them, beacause on the screen is written that graphic card is not good enough.
Secondly, battery can work 4 hour not 8.
Finally, operation system hangs up from time to time.
I would like you to refund my money. Unless I receive a satisfactory reply, I will have to take further action.
