When I arrived, I connected it to my TV, but it does not work. So I had to buy the new cable and it became operative. But now it sometimes cuts himself in the process of performing the film. To make it start, I have to turn the DVD player off and then turn it on again.
I am returning the DVD player to you with this letter. I would be greateful if you could repair the fault. If this is not possible, could you please send me a new DVD player or to return me my money.
