In the picture I can see five young people, teenagers. Four of them are outside, two girls and two boys. They are standing in front of the house and waiting for someone to open the door. They look happy and excited. One of the boys are wearing birthday hat, so they might be gooing on birthday party. The girl inside the house are looking at them through the window. She looks frightened and worried. Maybe she forgot about the party or she just didn't suspect it and she doesn't want to do it.
