[D]octor: Good morning, young man. What seems to be your problem?
S: I'm an exchange student. I arrived in England few days ago and I'm feeling ill.
D: Why do you think that you're sick?
S: I have a runny nose and severe hoarseness. I'm also very sleepy even though I drink a lot of coffee and try to eat healthy.
D: How long ago were you ill last time?
S: Well, I haven't been at the doctor for 2 months.
D: I see, so it's rather not a comeback of illness. Let me check you, please. Yhm.Ok. I don't hear anything strange in your lungs. Your pressure is fine too.
S: So, tell me, doctor. What might be the problem?
D: I suppose it's just a cold caused by the climate change. You will to be just fine.
S: Do I have to take any medicine?
D: You should buy yourself some vitamins and stay in bed for few days. If the symptoms won't pass, then come to me. Let's say - give it a week.
