1. I use firewall and antivirus software, for eample Kaspersky/Northon. 

2. About 200. 

3. I never open spam becouse of viruses which is in it. 

4. Yes, I love online shopping. I buy clothes and cosmetics becouse it's cheaper.

5. I think that online shopping is save if you're careful. I never buy stuff from users with zero comments.
