1-In my opinion best way to stay physically active is little tgings everyday. Maybe some stretching in the morning then fast walks or even jogging.
2-My favourite way to relax is definitely listening to music. You have so many kinds of it to choose depending on your mood. It's such a great way to spend your free time.
3-"mental health" means taking care of your soul. Being able to think positively and be happy with yourself.
4-Someway it is a choice! Keep being positive and keep doing things that you love. That's absolutely one of best ways to be happy.
5- Happiness means being satisfied about your life or being positive
