1. Czy uważasz, że ważne jest utrzymywanie konkretnej diety? Dlaczego tak/nie? I think it's important to keep thinking about what we eat but I'm not sure if people should write a menu for every single day and eat only those product, which are allowed by the diet. That's not the point. In my opinion people should eat more vegetables and fruit, at the same time eating less sweets - that's the best summing up of almost every diet! 2. I think that dieting is definitely a fad. People should eat healthy product, not only those which are written in rules of strict diets. Not every diet can be beneficial to our health and body and those are things we've got only one in our life so we shouldn't experiment whether particular diet is good for us or not. 4. Jakie są różnice między jedzeniem w domu i w restauracji? When you're eating at home, you know exactly what products were used in your meal. I't always cheaper and healthier to cook by yourself. While eating in a restaurant you are being served so you don't have to care about cooking and washing the dishes after eating.
