A disaster that happened in my country year ago was a flood (powódź), the biggest river in Poland- Wisła had too much water after many rainy days in my country and the water flooded many houses at the riverside. Many families had to leave their houses or the state of their home didn't allow them to live in them longer.
Today the situation of Wisła is good, the quantity of water is under control and there is no risk of flooding.
