I think graffiti is good idea, because it can be thought-provoking. Graffiti lets young people express their ideas and feelings, that's why they are often lively and very colorful. However graffiti is often regarded as vandalism, because young people paint where they shouldn't. But that's probably one of the reasons they do it - if something is not allowed, teenagers make sure to do it. :)
