Because basicly a secretary must know what the boss need and which one is more important. like deciding which meeting must be attend first, and leter. a secretary must know his or her boss very well cause, basic on research many develop company surely hand on decision to secretary before goes to the boss. so yes. a secretary must knowledgeable.
