Administrative types like work that involves looking after and organizing and things. These people like clear routines, instructions and enjoying checking facts and figures. They are comfortable following well defined rules and enjoy work that involves organization and routine. To be a good Administrate you must many of the following skills and qualities: You need excellent communication skills in order to facilitate the transfer of information in a clear and concise manner. Good IT skills are also necessary in modern industry. Business & Management Skills. They must be well organized. The administrative group likes work that involves looking after and organizing information and things. People with this performance like cleat routines and instructions, and enjoy checking facts and figures. They tend to be well-organised. These are the reasons why I would like to work in administration.
