If accepts, reason = because, personally, I think it would be rude to reject the offer, so I should accept the kindness. And it's also a good thing for me because i can eat dinner for free :D
If rejects, reason = because I have another plan to do that night so I can't accept the offer. It's also because I have already eaten dinner so I'm full :).
