What do these pictures tell you about life in some parts of Africa? What are the challenges faced by people there?

These pictures show poverty that many people in Africa struggle with. In many small villages they still live in poorly made huts with zero connection to water, so they must collect it by themselves. Africa is mostly covered by dry lands of deserts this results in shortage of food - one of the main reasons behind the problem of hunger. However on one picture you can see children smiling and hugging eachother that shows their strong bounds and the fact that they can still enjoy life even in hard times because they're together in this.
