If you share a flat with another persone there can be plenty of difficulties. First one will be schedule of cleaning up and tossing trash out. Next that comes to my head is morning shower occupation time (especialy among girls). Noise can also be a problem , imagine that you want to study to a test and your flatmate is throwing a big party with 20-30 people. Next thing is food- sounds funny? -isn't. Sharing a fride with family is one, but when some other peaople take your food without asking it can be really annoying. There propably is more but i think i made enought examples of what can you arguee about with flatmates.
