1. I watched TV / I didn't watch TV.
2. I got up before 7 o'clock./ I didn't get up before 7 o' clock.
3. I had a shower. / I didn't have a shower.
4. I bought a magazine./ I didn't buy a magazine.
5. I ate meat./ I didn't eat meat.
6. I went to bed before 10.30. / I didn't go to bed before 10.30.

Tu są podane obie formy. Pierwsze są pozytywne / drugie negatywne.
Czasowniki w pozytywnych znajdują się w tabeli czasowników nieregularnych czasu przeszłego. A negatywna forma tworzona jest przez dodanie po osobie "didn't" i czasownika w bezokoliczniku.
