I have ordered a brand new computer from your shop a long time ago, I have only recieved it a few days ago which means that your shop has surely took his time to post it. When i finally recieved it after these 2 months of waiting, it was packed in a carton box with no protection on it what so ever. My happiness of recieving it disappeared in a few minutes after unpacking for the computer didnt want to start for a while and when it finally managed to start, i recieved a bluescreen soon after and then it didn't start anymore. I would like a recompensation which would include a new working computer with a warranty for at least 2 years as from the quality of the recieved product has suprised me and I am troubled with the idea that the new computer might break down quickly. I require the deal to be soon finalized as the computer will be needed.
