Well, I've bought a great piece of equipment and I think it's really helping me.
It's called a exercise and I bought it on the internet ten days ago.
It cost less than 60 (pounds).

After only three days , I felt fitter and my muscles were stronger , too .
I've also joined a club and made lots of new friends .
I think you should try it - or buy something else so you get more exercise
