people had to go to the well or to the river there were  more rooms as families used to have more children but there weren't any heating or air conditioning

there was an oven, but it wasn't like the ones we use today. howeves there was a huge fireplace in the dining room and there was heavy curtains. there was any tv sets.

people used to read a lot, so there was rooms full of books.
