Yes, I have tried any of the advise in my life.

I tried to be more confindent and more open-minded for other people,

I am so happy that this happened.

If I wouldn't try it do I wouldn't met all of this amazing people.

I haven't any problems with get to know new people or with a stressful situations.

I am funnier and happier now.
