To make a grilled cheese sandwich, you need few ingredients. First, you of course need bread. I recommend using white sandwich bread, but you may also use a sourdough one. Then, you need to get some high quality cheese, the higher the quality of the cheese, the better the sandwich will taste! For our last ingredient, you need to get some good old butter. First, you have to butter the bread, and place it the butter-side down onto a hot pan. Then, top it with cheese, be generous! Place another piece of bread onto it, butter-side up this time. When you see the cheese starting to melt, flip the sandwich over, to cook the other side. When it turns golden brown, it's ready to eat! Enjoy!
