   = √169 - 25
   = √144
   = 12 cm

L1 = (10 + 14) x 12 x 1/2
    = 24 x 6
    = 144
L2 = 12 x 5 x 1/2
    = 6 x 5
     = 30

L = 144 - 30
   = 114 cm²
