(x+3)^2 + (2x+2)^2 = (3x + 1)^2
x^2 + 6x + 9 + 4x^2 + 8x + 4 = 9x^2 + 6x + 1

5x^2 + 14x + 13 = 9x^2 + 6x + 1
8x + 12 = 4x^2
8x - 4x^2 = -12 (persamaan 1)

4/2x+2 = x/x+3
4x + 12 = 2x^2 + 2x
2x - 2x^2 = -12 (persamaan 2)

8x - 8x^2 = -48
8x - 4x^2 = -12
eleminasi x sehingga x^2 = 9, x = 3

1/2 (2(3) + 2) x (3+3) = 1/2 x 8 x 6 = 24cm2
