Synopsis: When Jess meets Masami at her new school she doesn't even notice he's Japanese - she just thinks he's gorgeous! Masami shows Jess the art shed where she can work on her drawing, but seeing a prowler hanging around one afternoon really puts Jess off. Now she's learning self-defence and feeling heaps more confident, but she's still nervous when it comes to asking Masami how he feels about her. The fact that Masami's Asian seems irrelevant to Jess, but he's been so hurt by racism in the past that it just might be enough to keep them apart...
