I think that handphone has become a necessity in our everyday life. just like a knife can be used as a weapon in the wrong hand of a murderer, but the same knife can prove to be useful in the preparation of a meal. a handphone surely can have negative effects. however, there are also so many positive uses a handphone can have in an emergency conditions. so i think it is unwise and a decline to technology advancement to rule out handphone to be used in school.
