aishaw10 2(x-6) + 6 = 3(x-1) -10
2x - 12 + 6 = 3x - 3 - 10
2x - 6 = 3x - 13
2x - 3x = -13 + 6
-1x = -7
x = -7/-1 = 7

stupidenemy $2(x-6)+6=3(x-1)-10$
$2x-12+6=3x-3-10$
$2x-6=3x-13$
$-x=-13+6$
$-x=-7$
$x=7$
