Karena kalimat tersebut merupakan simple past tense yang mana jika diubah ke bentuk pasif maka objeknya kedepan lalu to be  nya jadi was/were + V3. Untuk kata keterangan waktunya tidak berpindah tempat (tetap dibelakang). Yang tepat jawabannya hanya e, tapi ada tambahan kata old lagi jadi aku agak bingung.
