Thanks to this invention we can chat with our friends and this is very helpful, when we cannot meet our familiars, for example they are abroad. At any moment we are able to send our message or photos and it is cheaper and more quick than send traditional letters.
Furtermore, we can also make new acquaintances (but we must be careful, because we can find dishonest people, who give us false identity and they lie about theirselves).
However, we must know that conversations by the Internet are not the same that talks in the reality.
What is more, we should remember that we should not spend in front of a computer a lot of hours every day - there is a threat of addicted and we can lose a sense of reality. That is dangerous, because a real life can lose importance for us and the only thing which will be the most matter for us will be the Internet.
All in all, I think that the Internet is very good invention, but we must be responsible when we use the Internet.
