¿Cómo se forma?  

Affirmative:  

Sujeto + verb to be + gerundio  

Negative:  

Sujeto + verb to be + not + gerundio  

Interrogative:  

Verb to be + sujeto + gerundio...?

Nota: el gerundio es el verbo terminado en -ing.
