COMPLAINT
Last Month I and my family were in Greece. We were there from 23rd August to 31st August 2012. Your travel agency offered me in that time accommadation in four stars hotel and two fully furnished rooms with TV, parking free, all meals included and free access to internet. You offered me special atraction for children and other guest too. When we arrived there we were suprised, because we got only one room and we had to pay for parking. Before the dinner we had to pay for meals and in the evening there were not any shows for children. We could not contact with nobody from your office. I think the other people who came here with us also did not like it. For example my acquaintance also had to pay for all meals and for parking. I would be grateful if you consider giving me a half refund.
