Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to complain about the package  holiday in Spain which I had chosen from your agency.

First of all, the hotel  rooms differed from the ones in the brochure. Instead of  single room, I had double room to share with someone I don't know. The towels in  the room were untidy and gave off unpleasant smell. What struck me the most was mice running over my bed. I informed the reception about it and I  asked  for a different room but request stayed unsolved.

Moreover, The quality of the food was very poor and just below decent standard. Many of us had a stomach problems  because of the food and this is unacceptable. Me as well as the most members of our group I had to spend  lots of money on the doctor.

I do believe I deserve a compensation for my inconveniences.
