A = - (-9) + (-3) - (-2) - (+13)

A = +9 -3 +2 -13

A= 6 + 2 - 13

A= 8 - 13

A = -5

B= + (-12) - [+3 - (+7) + (-21) ]

B = -12 - ( +3 - 7 - 21 )

B = -12 - ( -25 )

B = -12 + 25

B = 13
