- Give some information about what you will be doing in the holidays and when.
- Explain when the best time for his/her visit would be,and why.
- Ask when he /she plans to arrive and how long the visit will be.

Hi.
I am writing to you to drop you a line that i am very glad that you want to visit me. Propably we will spend a great deal of time together.
In holidays i am going to my grandmother with my parents. Later i am going in the mountains with my friend.
I think you should visit me in August. This time i will be at home propably.
What is your opinion ? When are you planning to visit me ? I hope it will be the best holiday in my whole life.
