ealthy Lifestyle: Healthy Eating
 
1 The student will write down everything that he/she eats during a week:

1.1 Breakfast
1.2 Lunch
1.3 Supper
1.4 Dinner
1.5 Snacks

2 Then the student will calculate how many calories is he/she eating during a day and during a week.

3 The student will reflect if he or she is eating healthy. (The student must research 1000 words copy paste print What is healthy eating)
