Mudahnya, untuk why don't we dan we could selalu diikuti dengan present tense
contoh: why don't we go to the movies? // we/I/She/He could go the movies
             why don't we finish the homework now? We/I/She/He could finish....
             why don't we talk about something that matters? We/I/She/He could talk....

sekarang, perbedaan what about dan how about
