I was at the meeting about healthy lifestyle last Monday. The lecturer told about natural way to look slim and feel healthy. He told us that we don't have to give up eating and all we have to do is cut down on fatty foods and take up some kind of exercise.
But for me it wasn't intresting, because the lecturer told about nothing in my opinion. We know a lot of methods. Ang you don't believe me but the lecturer wasn't friendly. He was shauting and wasn't nice for people. It was torrible!
