Dear Ms Weather
I would like to book 10 rooms for 20 guests and the information that you need to know is that ten of my friends eat only vegeterian and some of them want big rooms so they can stay with their familys', We need this amount of rooms.
Can I have a leaflet ecplaining what is in the hotel so I can run through everything with my friends so when we get there they don't say to change the hotel to a better. Can I reserve this rooms now and have my money back if they don't like it. It will be paid by them to me and then from me you will get the money. It will be greatful if you could give us the money back.
