x + 6y = 3
-9x + 2y = -83

x = 3 - 6y

-9(3-6y) + 2y = -83
-27 + 54y + 2y = -83
56y = -56
y = -1

x = 3-6(-1)
x = 3+6
x = 9

Por tanto (x,y) = (-1,9)
