Resolvemos:
21+3 (2x - 2)- 2x = 60 - x 
21 + 6x - 6 - 2x = 60 - x
6x - 2x + 21 - 6 = 60 - x
4x + 15 = 60 - x
4x + x = 60 - 15
5x = 45
x = 45/5
x = 9

x = 9

21+3.(2x-2)-2x=60-x 
21 + 3 (2 * 9 - 2) - 2 (9) = 60 - 9
21 + 3 (18 - 2) - 18 = 60 - 9
