Ingredients: - Flour, 1/4 of kilo - butter, 120 grams - two fresh eggs - Milk, 125 ml - sugar, 230 grams - Vanilla Essence and a little - yeast, two teaspoons
Preparation: Before beginning the making of these basic cupcakes, we are going to light the stove to 190 grades so that it is taking temperature, this way it will be ready when we need it. On the other hand also we are going to sift the flour along with the yeast and reserve in a bowl. Now we will beat the sugar with the butter in a receptacle until to obtain a creamy and homogeneous miscellany. Later we add the eggs one to one, must not throw another egg until the previous one is well beaten by the miscellany. Next we are going to add the vanilla extract. We incorporate half of the miscellany of flour and keep on beating. Later we incorporate half of the milk and again we beat. Finally we add the rest of the flour and of the milk. We throw the miscellany in the capsules for cupcakes, them without going so far as to fill completely and bake during approximately 25 minutes, with the centered grill and the burning stove it arrives and below. In the moment, that, on having introduced a toothpick, this one goes out cleanly, the basic cupcakes will be ready. As soon as this recipe of basic Cupcakes was finished, we will be able to prepare the top part of the same ones, for which we can use multitude of different recipes, with different prepararaciones, ingredients, flavors and colors. :D I HOPE YOU LIKE IT.

- Dos huevos frescos
- Leche, 125 ml
- Azúcar, 230 gramos
- Esencia de vainilla, un poquito
- Levadura, dos cucharaditas
Preparación:
Antes de comenzar la elaboración de estos cupcakes básicos vamos a encender el horno a 190 grados para que vaya tomando temperatura, así estará listo cuando lo necesitemos. Por otro lado también vamos a tamizar la harina junto a la levadura y reservamos en un bol.

Ahora batiremos el azúcar con la mantequilla en un recipiente hasta que obtener una mezcla cremosa y homogénea. Después agregamos los huevos uno a uno, no debemos echar otro huevo hasta que el anterior esté bien batido con la mezcla.

A continuación vamos a agregar el extracto de vainilla. Incorporamos la mitad de la mezcla de harina y seguimos batiendo. Después incorporamos la mitad de la leche y de nuevo batimos. Por último añadimos el resto de la harina y de la leche.

echamos la mezcla en las cápsulas para cupcakes, sin llegar a llenarlas por completo y hornear durante unos 25 minutos, con la rejilla centrada y el horno encendido arriba y abajo. En el momento que al introducir un palillo éste salga limpio, los cupcakes básicos estarán listos
