Everybody knows the World Wide Web, but who first got idea ? The .......... is an Englishman called Tim Berners-Lee.

Tim Berners Lee ................ at Oxford University until 1976, and while he was there he built his first computer from bits and pieces and an old television ............................ . After he did one or two ..................... in England, he went to work in Switzerland and in 1980 he got an idea for a computer program to organise his notes. Berners-Lee is now a Professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA. He continues to work with the World Wide Web.
