Write e-mails, updating records using computer database and spreadsheet software pick up phone calls, arrange meetings/appointment, photocopying and printing. 3. Communication, business administration, typing, computer skills, shorthand. 4. Yes, especially English, because she will pick up a phone call, write e-mails, and stuff. It will be a mess if she will interact with English/foreign language speaker and she doesn't know anything. 5. ? aku gak paham maksud pertanyaan ini XD 6. Not mini-skirt, but a formal work outfit. It can be one piece dress or a long pant. Why? Because it's polite for business matter. 7. Calm, patient, polite, confident, and can work with other people (a team player). 8.
