CosmasProcesy norymberskie to określenie dla 13 procesów, które przeprowadzono od 20 listopada 1945 roku do 1949r. Podstawą prawną procesów była Deklaracja londyńska z 8 sierpnia 1945, która jednocześnie powołała do życia Międzynarodowy Trybunał karny oraz akt bezwarunkowej kapitulacji Niemiec z 8 maja 1945r.
